Furnishmantra.com has a “hassle free” return procedure to ensure that you get what you want.

All products sold on Furnishmantra.com are covered under a 15 day replacement guarantee scheme. Which means you can exchange the item within 15 days from the date of receipt of item.

We suggest you to be aware of basic information like thickness of the wood on which the product will be fixed, approximate dimensions of product you are looking for, the finish or the color of the product you want to buy (should be in sync with the other interiors you are planning).

You can return the item for the following reasons.

  1. A wrong item is shipped:
  2. Damage or Defect in the product:
  3. Manufacturing error in the product:
  4. Product not suiting/matching/unfixable to your door/window/associated furniture.

In order to get a defective item replaced, kindly contact our customer care department/write to us at support@furnishmantra.com and we will ensure that the consignment is recalled and a replacement is shipped.

A wrong item is shipped:

We carry out rigorous quality checks and take extra care to ensure that the right product is shipped to the right customer, however in event of wrong item shipped to you, we shall arrange for a reverse pick up and ship you the correct item.
p.s: before dispatching the item from our godown , we will be sending you an order confirmation mail and the claim for a receipt of wrong item is valid only against this confirmatory mail.

Damage or Defect in the product:

All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our Order Processing Center, complete with security tape that should be visible and intact.
Our quality control team carries out rigorous quality checks and fitness of the product being shipped.
We also put in extra efforts while packaging to ensure that no defect or damage occurs during the transit, however if you receive a defective or damaged or tampered consignment, kindly refuse to accept it and contact our customer care department at the earliest. We shall solve the issue.

Manufacturing defect in the product:

Most of the products sold on furnishmantra are of reputed brands and these are covered under standard company specified guarantee/warranty period. The duration of guarantee/warranty periods vary depending on the product and brand. (The guarantee/warranty period will be mentioned on the package
Issues regarding manufacturing error with such products can be directly taken up with the concerned brands or routed through furnishmantra. We shall provide complete support in resolving the issue.
For those products which do not have any such period mentioned, we take responsibility of the product.          
We only replace items if they are defective/ damaged or wrongly sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item or get a voucher card, kindly send us an email at return@furnishmantra.com
We shall reimburse for the cost of returning the product to us and will not charge you for the shipping cost of replaced merchandise
Once we receive your return request, please allow us up to 10 business days for processing your request.

Product not suiting/matching/unfixable to your door/window/associated furniture.          

As mentioned earlier, we suggest you to be aware of basic information like thickness of the wood on which the product will be fixed, approximate dimensions of product you are looking for, the finish or the color of the product you want to buy (should be in sync with the other interiors you are planning).
In case you purchased the item thinking it would suit your application and realized that they do not serve your purpose once you received them.
Not to worry! We shall ensure you get the item of your choice. 
To be eligible for a return, the item must not be fixed/repaired/altered/used/dismantled (basically it should be resalable) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Pack the product securely and send it back to us. We shall send back to you, a new product or an online voucher, anything of your choice.
The voucher value includes the original purchase price of the product only and does not include applicable taxes and cost of shipping. Cost of shipping returns to be borne by the customer.
If you are shipping an item over Rs 1000/-, we suggest you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: Fasteners will not be considered for returns,
